Honestly I've tried just about everything I can think of. Not only does this happen with Premiere Pro, it's also doing it with After Effects and Media Encoder, but more commonly with Premiere Pro. I've cleared my media cache, uninstalled and reinstalled the program several times, of course restarted my PC plenty of times, and the same thing keeps happening. I can't open Google Chrome or any other applications. The weird thing about the crash is it locks up my PC.
